Boys and girls ages 4 through 11 can participate. Mom, Dad, Grandma, or Grandpa must help build the race car. You must have pictures to prove the child and his or her adult helped with the project

The race car's main body is to be a wagon or wheel-barrow. It must be something pushed or pulled by the adult with the child in it. The vehicle will be pushed or pulled no more than 75 feet in front of the grand stands on Kids Night for all to see.

Construction of the race car can be wood, card board, metal, or plastic. The more realistic the better. You may have lights, roll bars, and seat belts etc. The unit cannot be driven.

The unit must have sponsor decals and must have at least one local business sponsor on it. The child and parent must have a picture to prove that they talked to a sponsor. Sponsor must give a letter to the child with his or her name on it stating their support of the project.

The pictures of the unit with project progress with child and adult involvement along with sponsor are to be put on nice colored construction board for all to see.

The car may look like one of the race cars at our track or a Nascar of their choice.

Judges wil be picked before hand and all are welcome to be in this contest regardless of where their parents work.

We must have at least 10 different entrees for the contest to be held. Prizes will be given out and named as the race year goes forward. The form must be turned in by July 12, 2003 to J.C. and he will give it to Rick Picha. The child cannot be 12 on or after July 1, 2003. If you have questions call: 789-4640 and ask for Rich Picha.
